These terms govern your use of the Nudge iOS app and this website. By creating an account or using Nudge, you agree to them.
The service
Nudge lets you and your team send tasks (“nudges”) to each other, organize lists, and get reminders. The app is provided as-is for personal and team use.
Your account
- You can create an account with an email address and password, or with Sign in with Apple or Google.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nudge to send spam, abuse others, break the law, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Safety and reporting
You can report or block another user from their profile in the app. Blocking stops them from sending you tasks. Reports are reviewed as soon as we reasonably can. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Content
You own the tasks and notes you create. You give us permission to store and display them so the app can work for you and people you share lists or nudges with.
Disclaimer
Nudge is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost data, missed reminders, or indirect damages to the extent allowed by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top will change when we do.
